This collection is curated with intention to be meaningfully medicinal & stackable, so that the more plentiful a BARDOVORE diet, the greater functional flourishing across microbiomes -- though starting with even just one targeted product will promote both health & pleasure.

BARDOVORE is constantly playing in new test kitchen experimentation.

Currently we are perfecting a mouthwash formula for a better oral microbiome. We are harmonizing a green chili crisp as an all-audiences alternative. Sprouts are coming soon! & an assortment of superfood snacks to stack into a weekly regimen!
