Originating as community service in 2019, Bardovore began as a test kitchen operation promoting education around plant-based cuisine. From conception, Bardovore proudly prioritized an ethos of environmental responsibility, health conscientiousness, & a playfulness in plating imbuing both creative process & mindfulness to the act of eating.
