BARDOVORE is a portmanteau of bardo & vore. They etymology of bardo is Tibetan with a literal historical translation of 'between two', while vore refers to the persuasion of consumption in sustenance practice.

So as a concept project, BARDOVORE lands in the self-aware space between degeneration & regeneration, recognizing the interconnectedness in transmogrification. What you eat transforms you -- not excluding what you eat with your eyes, your mind, your dollar, your time. Mind the gap. 

We source with a hierarchical criteria prioritizing that which is locally grown, pesticide free, organic certified, regeneratively involved. We strive to find harmony between checking all these boxes all the time & smart sourcing to keep things clean while also keeping our provisions accessible.

We shop a variety of markets through the DFW metroplex -- where we source our curry leaves is different from the market we shop for ginger, & organic produce reads a different receipt than spices & seeds. 

While we are still finding our center of gravity, in stride, during expansion, the best space to engage is either here through the shop or messaging with orders, ideas, requests, or to join the club over on social media where you can find us on instagram & Facebook.
